Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery

Most items are made to order, so we say 7-10 days. More than likely you will receive your order sooner, depending on the quantity.

If you would like your order sooner, or to be received on a certain day. Please get in touch, we would love to accommodate you.

When will I expect my wedding flowers?

Usually 20 days before your wedding. On none bespoke orders, these will be sent out within the 7-10 day period. If you would like your florals closer to your big day, please use the contact form and we will get that set up for you.

We do not deliver internationally.

We always use reputable delivery companies to deliver our goods and will email you your tracking number once we have it.

Cancelations policy

Cancelations and address changes are accepted as long we have not already shipped your items. Please let us know straight away if this is the case.

If your items have already been shipped, going through the refund process could be the next step.

We do not except cancelations on wedding related products after 24hs.

Refunds

We operate a 14 day refund policy. After that you will not be eligible for a refund. Products must be unused and in the original packaging.

Please note we do not offer refunds on gift cards, bespoke florals or wedding related items.

Deposits on bespoke orders can’t be cancelled, and are non-refundable.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will refund the full cost of the items, including any postage costs you incurred for the return. Send us a message and we will take you through the process.

On none returnable products, again, we will be happy to send a replacement and refund you any postage costs.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Please do not return your items without talking to us first.

Please consider using a tracked service for your returns. If the returned item/s are lost in the post, we cannot accept responsibility for this and therefore will not be eligible for any refunds.
